This agreement is between Neshat Consulting (Ben Neshat, Irvine, CA) and the client identified above.
Consultant provides services associated with the selected package. Deliverables confirmed via email after payment.
Due at signing. Retainers recur monthly. Projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Late fees: 5% after 7 days. Work pauses after 14 days unpaid.
